I work with Chris at the Fire Department and besides having the largest arms in the City, he happens to be a nice guy too. Elizabeth is a sweetheart and I still don’t know how they connected 
But it is great that they have and now with Baby Wyatt, the Jones’ are an even cooler family…

I always enjoy family sessions. It’s also fun to get to know people outside of work. I’ve worked with Carrie in the past and meeting the whole family was a treat. The boys are hilarious and they all have a great bond with each other. I smiled through this whole session

I really enjoy shooting weddings. Now that I have daughters, though, my perspective has changed. I look through the eyes of a father at a beautiful daughter on the biggest day ever. The emotion is overwhelming and I can’t imagine how I’ll feel on that day I give my girls away. Chyna and Justin’s wedding was an amazing affair and the close relationship she has with her father is something I want with my daughters. He was with Chyna the whole day, from the getting ready to the procession to the dancing to the exit. He wasn’t in the way or looking over any shoulders. He was there. By Chyna’s side, supporting and loving. Needless to say, we enjoyed every minute of the day.
They were married at the beautiful Wine and Roses in Lodi, CA.

I have taken thousands of wedding images. This is one of my favorites. It was before the ceremony and the two of them were waiting for the coordinator to bring them to the ceremony. He was so proud of her. She was nervous. So much emotion in this image…
Jaqi is a senior at Manteca High…home of the Buffaloes…my alma mater. That makes her pretty cool And she happens to be a cousin. That makes her really cool…Anyway, we spent some time in the City and had a lot of fun, including some dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. Good stuff…

Weddings have always been one of my favorite places to be. Marie and Chris’ wedding was definitely no different. Their story is amazing, how they met, how they get along, how they got married…I was honored to be a part of their day. The ceremony was outdoors at Del Rio Country Club and the reception was gorgeous inside the clubhouse…

When we went to the beach for Abby’s senior pictures, we planned on some ballet pics as well. I had no idea it was going to be as awesome as it was. She brought all of her shoes and a tutu to make these images rock. It was getting dark, so I opted for some off-camera lighting and we just went to town with some amazing captures…so scene 2 of our session goes a little like this…
I am so blessed to have great clients. Maria and Manny are no different. They are a beautiful couple that have already been through a lot together. I think their relationship is one of the strongest I’ve ever seen. Their wedding is next year but I am already counting down. This session was very unique to me. I enjoy color images and a splash of black and white but this was one of the only sessions that I enjoy black and white over color. I love the emotion and story these two have…I hope these images do them justice…

If you’ve seen my blog, you know that one of my favorite ballerinas to photograph is Abigail…Well, we all get older and she is now a senior at Roseville High School. Kristina and I have watched this young lady grow up and become a beautiful young woman of God. I am honored Abby’s family chose me to photograph her senior images. Abby has danced at Ballet Magnificat! and the Sacramento City Ballet. I have never done this for a senior, but I’ve got 2 parts to her senior session. Part one is Abby as a senior and part two will be Abby as a ballerina in one of the funnest places…the beach. Enjoy.

Marie and Chris are an incredible couple and we had so much fun at Half Moon Bay cruising around and talking weddings. A fun engagement session always means a fun wedding…I cannot wait for their wedding next month because I know it is going to be a party. They love each other, know how to have fun and Del Rio better be ready
Miranda lives in Texas…She wanted her favorite cousin to take her senior pictures in California. That’s where I came in Miranda was in California for a week and we had such a great time going all over Northern California and fitting in a session during all the tourist activities. I’m glad she came out here and I think I’ve set precedence now because she has 2 more sisters
